Individualized Care
We believe that each resident should have input and provide direction regarding the care and services they receive. You and your family will be invited to participate in the development of a plan of care that best meets your individual needs. We will meet with you and your family every three months, or as often as necessary, to review and revise your care plan. This approach encourages open communication and coordination between the resident, family members and staff to ensure that an effective program of care is developed and implemented for each resident.

Residents can play cards, work puzzles, visit with friends, play with pets, or participate in one of the many group activities, such as sing-a-longs and intergenerational programs with children.
