Daily Rates
The rates for occupancy at Nye Pointe
are charged on a
daily rate basis depending upon the type of room you select and the care services you require.

Care Charge
A care charge is also included and is based upon the care needs you require. You will
be assessed upon admission using our resident assessment form. This will be reviewed periodically as your care needs change
